Refund Policy

We provide refunds under the following circumstances: If your order was under weight or missing product we will accept only UNOPENED items which will be weighed upon receipt for verification. If packages were opened they are subject to final sale. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or text message within a reasonable period of time if you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price.
