Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice when you successfully place your order and we cash your eTransfer.

What happens next?

Once we cash your eTransfer, you will be issued a receipt. We'll then package your order and ship! You may need to check your Junk or Spam folders if your receipt doesn't show up in your Inbox.

Where's My Tracking Code?

You only get package tracking when you choose the "Expedited" shipping option. Regular shipping does not include a tracking code...it's an added cost to the shipping.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Currently, you can purchase your order via eTransfer.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is safe with us! With eTransfer payments, you won't have to provide us any sensitive information either. You simply send us an eTransfer via the instructions at check-out...please read them carefully first.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday-Friday. If your order is placed before 2:00pm it will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship the next business day.
